Makers, Fringers, fireworks and, aargh, them pirates; what’s hot in July
Fireworks, What the Fringe!, inventors and,, oh, those pesky pirates. July begins to heat up early in Downtown this weekend with the Maker Faire at Union Station.
Maker Faire is the Greatest Show (& Tell) on Earth—a family friendly showcase of invention, creativity and resourcefulness, and a celebration of the Maker movement. Makers range from tech enthusiasts to crafters to homesteaders to scientists to garage tinkerers. Makers are of all ages and backgrounds. The aim of Maker Faire is to entertain, inform, connect and grow this community. Don’t miss this one of a kind event!
