7th annual Downtown Office Summit set for Oct. 18

This year our theme is “Downtown KC: Never Better” because we believe there is not a better time for businesses to make Downtown their home. Our featured panelists focus on the next generation of employees – discussing the environment and amenities that appeal to them, both inside and outside of the workplace. Downtown Kansas City has charted a course attractive to the future workforce; mixing live and work together in a walkable, transit-oriented environment. Our renaissance has been powered by an incredible influx of young, educated residents drawn to Downtown’s vibrancy and ample opportunities for social connection.

Downtown benefits from a substantial volume of housing intermixed with office, health care, and education; a strong convention and tourism business; a vibrant arts scene; as well as award-winning restaurants and retailers activating our ground floor spaces.
